I worked in non-profits for 12 years, and I had grown accustomed to putting my self-care last. As a result, I was chronically stressed and fatigued. Jessica’s coaching sessions encouraged me to reflect, identify root causes, and brainstorm solutions. I thought I needed coaching on work-life balance, and Jessica offered a new perspective: work-life harmony.

For me, work-life harmony eventually meant learning how to strategically quit situations and relationships that were not in harmony with my needs to pursue my calling and to strengthen my self-care and personal relationships. Saying no has created the space for me to say yes to opportunities that allow me to live a more harmonious and healthy life both in the personal and professional realms.
